Luda Returns To Radio, DTP Album Pushed Back
Acclaimed rapper Ludacris, who got his start in radio back in Atlanta on Hot 97 when he was known as “Chris Lova Lova,” will be returning to XM radio for a second season of “Disturbing Tha’ Peace Presents: Ludacris’ Open Mic” on Sept 8.Luda, who hosts the show alongside Pooh Daddy, says the show is the most entertaining thing on the Satellite radio station.
“My show on XM is the most entertaining hour of radio period,” He quipped . “And it only gets better with time.”
The show includes “Open Mic” features, hand picked tracks from Ludacris including unreleased material and exclusives, along with artist and celebrity interviews.
In other news, if you were looking forward to DTP’s “Strenght In Numbers” compilation scheduled for release today—forget about it.
The album, which was supposed to feature Luda and artists such as Chingy, Shareefa and Bobby Valentino, has been pushed back so the company can concentrate on the release of Playaz Circle’s debut album, “Supply and Demand.”
No new release date has been announced.
