According to TMZ, KPNX television in Phoenix is reporting that the Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff’s Department raided rapper DMX’s home this morning in Cave Creek and removed 12 distressed pit bulls.DMX, who is known to be a big fan of dog breeding—even dedicating a clothing line to them, wasn’t present at the time of the raid which came as a result of blazing Arizona heat.
Murray Richman, DMX’s attorney, claims that someone reported the dogs were at risk because of the extreme temperatures, telling TMZ “Earl has a caretaker, who obviously wasn’t taking care. Earl loves those dogs.”
Richman added that DMX isn’t even in Arizona and hasn’t been there for several months because he’s off working on a project.
A large cache of weapons was also found at the estate.

New York rapper MIMS has accused Kanye West of swagger jacking his sound.According to MIMS, he was one of the first to use speeded-up soul samples on records—a sound that is now seen as Kanye’s trademark.
“I recorded my album five years ago so I did it first.” the 26 year old told Contact Music.
MIMS is currently on tour over seas.
Omillio Sparks Releases Film
Former State Property member, Omillio Sparks, is getting ready to release his debut film, “Soulful.”
The film, which stars Try “Poot” Chaney and Felicia “Snoop” Pearson from HBO’s The Wire, and will be packaged as a bonus disc for Spark’s upcoming solo debut album, “The Payback.”
Soulful will be released straight to dvd this holiday season thought Spark’s on imprint, Colossal Films, and Koch Records.
According to XXL Mag, Sparks and Colossal Films have started filming a second movie, Expendable, which will star Jim Jones, Tray Cheney and Lauren “Nu Nu” London from the movie ATL.
